This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the appropriate use of access to the ATCOR Medical Server.

Neither ATCOR customers nor those that access an ATCOR service through ATCOR’s customers, may use an ATCOR service:

In a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order or decree;

To try to gain or provide unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account or network;

To violate any rights of others;

To spam or distribute malware;

In a way that could harm the ATCOR service, device, data, account or network or impair anyone else’s use or access.

In addition, ATCOR customers must adhere to agreed security measures as detailed in the customer’s order, contract and/or ATCOR implementation documentation or user manual, including current industry best practices appropriate to their environment (i.e. HIPAA, ICH-GCP, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

ATCOR may suspend or terminate services or access to a cloud environment, or both, as reasonably necessary to respond to an AUP enforcement action request.
