Second Positive Medicare Coverage Ruling in Michigan - Reinforces Previous Judgment Requiring Plan to Cover SphygmoCor System

AtCor Medical today announced a second positive case ruling by an Administrative Law Judge for the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services. Specifically, the judge disagreed with the findings of a Medicare health plan assessment in the state of Michigan that
the SphygmoCor technology is experimental and ruled that the plan must provide coverage for use of the SphygmoCor System.

Positive Medicare Coverage Ruling in Michigan - Requires Medicare Plan to Cover SphygmoCor System

AtCor Medical today announced a positive case ruling by an Administrative Law Judge for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Specifically, the judge found that a Medicare health plan in the state of Michigan must provide coverage for use of the SphygmoCor System.

systems and clinical trials support services. The US$955,000 contract is a new agreement with an existing AtCor customer. A large portion
of the contract value will be recognised in the current financial year. AtCor has an ongoing pipeline of new business opportunities and
anticipates additional pharmaceutical contracts in the current financial year.

Central BP a Superior Determinant of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy -- New Study Highlights Importance of Central
Pressure in Patient Care and Clinical Trials

AtCor Medical today announced a new National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded study, published in the Journal of Hypertension,
has found that central (aortic) blood pressure, measured noninvasively, is a more important indicator of the development of left
ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) than is brachial blood pressure. LVH relates to muscle thickening in the heart’s pumping chamber.
Its incidence increases with age and is more common in people who have high blood pressure.

1st Half Market Update
28 January 2010
AtCor Medical today announced unaudited H1 FY2010 sales of $4.4 million, a 13% decline in constant currency terms from the record
H1 sales in FY2009. This figure does not include a large pharma order that had been expected in December and is now expected to close
within the next 30 days. Without this delay the business would have reported positive growth for the half in constant currency.
Non-pharma sales for the half grew 17% pcp in constant currency.
