Duncan Ross, CEO, has over 25 years experience in the clinical diagnostics, life sciences and medical device industries with companies including the American Hospital Supply Corporation and Baxter International and for four years was President of Apogent Technologies' and Fisher Scientific Products' laboratory equipment group, the number two supplier in the global $2.8 billion laboratory equipment market.

Dr. Michael O’Rourke, Medical Director and co-founder, is Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of NSW and is recognised as an international leader in the field of cardiovascular physiology and medicine, writing over 300 scientific papers.

Peter Jenkins, non-executive Director, Former Consultant to Colonial First State Private Equity, has 25 years experience in the international pharmaceutical industry and 20 years experience in venture capital with a focus on biotech investments.

David Brookes, non-executive Director, received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Adelaide University (1985) and is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. He currently works as a general medical practitioner and has extensive experience in rural Australia, especially in paediatric and procedural practice. He has been an independent director of Living Cell Technologies since August 2007, and is currently Chairman of Innovance Ltd (listed on the National Stock Exchange).
